Tammy Linden joined the Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2017. As a First Vice President Capital Markets with MMCC, Ms. Linden is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for all types of commercial real estate. She is well connected with a multitude of local and national lenders and capital sources. Ms. Linden has more than 35 years of commercial real estate financing experience.

Kurt Ursich is President/Owner of Juniper Capital Corporation and brings extensive experience and expertise. As an account executive at one of the leading Seattle private money lenders for 13 years and a minority shareholder for three, Kurt was an integral part of his team, funding more than $600,000,000 in all types of commercial loans. Prior to his time at Juniper Capital Corp, Kurt spent two years as a fully licensed financial advisor at Morgan Stanley and three years as a report analyst at Deloitte and Touche, LLP.
Amy Schroeder is a seasoned commercial real estate lender for KeyBank Real Estate Capital with over 10 years of experience. In her current role as Team Sales Leader for the Pacific Northwest she leads a team of bankers that cover clients within the states of WA, OR, and CA, as well as British Columbia.
Paul Roeter is a Senior Director on Cushman and Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Financing team (EDSF) covering the Pacific Northwest and other markets around the country where he is responsible for sourcing capital for real estate clients including owners and developers. Previously, Paul was at Urban Renaissance Group (URG) where he was a member of the investments team with the primary responsibility of sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions of new properties in URG’s target markets. During his six-year tenure at URG, he directly led over two dozen capital transactions totaling $3.3B. Prior to URG, Paul worked in development and construction, holding roles as a Project Manager at CBRE and as a Development Manager at Chevron Corporation.
