Diversity People Group Team Union Concept

Please join us for a small group Belonging Session focused on psychological safety—the shared belief that people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences can speak up, participate, and show up authentically without fear of bias, exclusion, or negative consequences. Psychological safety is what allows diversity to be expressed, equity to be practiced, and inclusion to be real.

This session is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of how identity, culture, and lived experience shape our sense of belonging in professional environments. Together, we’ll explore how we can create spaces where every voice is valued and where people feel confident contributing their ideas, perspectives, and questions.

During our conversation, we’ll explore:

  • Moments when psychological safety feels strong—and when it doesn’t

  • Practical ways we can strengthen trust, allyship, and inclusive dialogue across our environments

There’s nothing to prepare. Just bring your perspective, your curiosity, and your willingness to learn from one another. Our goal is to create a space where we can speak honestly, listen generously, and walk away with insights we can apply in our workplaces and communities.

Parking around the building is limited to street parking. There are garages nearby on 1st and Columbia that are available. Please note the Norton Building garage and Millennium Tower close at 6pm with no after hours access.
