Aero1200 twin towers

Join CREW Seattle for an exclusive members-only tour of Aero1200, the striking twin-tower mixed-use development rising in Seattle's Denny Triangle at 1200 Stewart Street. This once-in-a-generation project pairs 927 residential rental homes and the 121-suite Aerolux hotel with a bold architectural statement: a decommissioned Boeing 747-400 fuselage, suspended above a public galleria that connects the two 48-story towers.

Formerly a United Airlines aircraft, the fuselage was sourced from the Victorville boneyard in California, cut into 39 sections, trucked to Seattle, and is now being reassembled. Tour attendees will get a firsthand look at this technically complex installation alongside the project's residential towers, retail podium, and gathering spaces, with insights from the development team on the engineering, design, and real estate strategy behind bringing this landmark to life.

This tour is open exclusively to CREW Seattle members. Space is limited.
