Experience the acclaimed CREW Seattle Leadership Series, honored with the prestigious 2016 Impact Award from CREW Network! This series offers a remarkable chance to cultivate leadership prowess while forging robust connections with fellow professionals and visionaries in the field.

Crafted meticulously by the Founders of the Leadership Course, the curriculum equips participants to navigate the distinctive challenges encountered in the realm of commercial real estate. Spanning eight months, this intensive program comprises engaging sessions that delve into vital leadership themes such as Finding Your Strengths, Developing and Using your EQ, Building Relationships, The Art of the Pitch, Dynamic Communication, Negotiating What You’re Worth, Brave Leadership, and Pulling It All Together. Facilitated by esteemed industry leaders, discussions are enriched with insights from relevant literature, TED talks, and articles.

The Leadership Course unfolds across 8 morning sessions, commencing in September and concluding in April.

Participation in the series is contingent upon selection by committee. The selection committee evaluates candidates based on various criteria, including diversity in industry representation, professional position, tenure (with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate required), and other factors.
