Join CREW Seattle for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of one of Seattle's most iconic public campuses. Home to world-renowned attractions including the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, MoPOP, and the International Fountain, Seattle Center is also undergoing an ambitious transformation to become a more sustainable, resilient, and energy-efficient campus.

This unique tour will provide an inside look at the long-term vision guiding Seattle Center's capital improvements, with a special focus on campus-wide decarbonization, electrification, and building performance initiatives. Hear directly from Seattle Center leadership as they share how these projects are shaping the future of one of the region's most prominent public assets. Balancing modern needs with historic buildings and changing uses will be highlighted in our tour of the Armory Building and how it connects to the rest of the Seattle Center campus.

What to Expect:

The program will begin with a presentation from Seattle Center leadership in the Armory Building, followed by a guided walking tour of the building, including spaces not typically accessible to the public. Throughout the tour, attendees will gain valuable perspectives on sustainability, public-sector capital planning, campus operations, and the challenges of modernizing historic civic assets.

Whether your interests lie in development, architecture, engineering, construction, sustainability, or public infrastructure, this tour offers a rare opportunity to learn from the professionals leading one of Seattle's most significant ongoing campus transformation efforts.

The tour will be followed by a happy hour, location TBD.
