Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award

CREW Seattle is dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and across the global CREW Network. We strive to foster a culture of belonging—one that encourages engagement, removes barriers, and fuels collaboration and growth for our members and partners. We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our industry, enrich professional relationships, and spark innovation.

This award recognizes the CREW Seattle member or sponsor who has made the most significant impact on DEI within the Seattle/Tacoma commercial real estate community over the past year. Nominees will be evaluated on:

  • Efforts to elevate awareness of DEI-related challenges and opportunities within the commercial real estate field

  • Advocacy for greater inclusion of women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and people with disabilities, and efforts to better serve these communities within CRE

  • Leadership in promoting DEI practices that support CREW Seattle’s mission and deepen its commitment to equity and inclusion

Nominations should include a brief description of the nominee’s contributions and the measurable or meaningful impact of their DEI efforts. They should also highlight any volunteer activities that have strengthened CREW Seattle’s success.

The award recipient will receive a $2,500 stipend to support attendance at the 2026 CREW Network Convention in Miami, FL.
