This award goes to the CREW Seattle member or sponsor who has made the biggest impact on DEI in the Seattle/Tacoma metro-area commercial real estate industry over the past year.

Has this member raised awareness about opportunities for women, people of color, the LGBTQ community, and individuals with disabilities and how to serve them better in the CRE field?
Has this member advocated for DEI practices to help CREW Seattle bring forth their commitment to the DEI mission?
Nomination should briefly describe the effort and impact the nominee has made in this category. Note that current members of the CREW Seattle Board of Directors are not eligible recipients for this award and should not be nominated.
