Professional Development Award

Developing strong, effective leaders is essential to advancing women in the commercial real estate industry. CREW Seattle invests deeply in leadership training, mentorship, and opportunities for members to serve on boards and committees—experiences that build confidence, expand skill sets, and strengthen professional pathways. Professional development may include mentoring, career advancement support, outreach, and training initiatives.

This award recognizes the CREW Seattle member who has made the most significant impact over the past year in cultivating new leaders—either within their workplace or within CREW Seattle. Nominees will be evaluated on:

  • Efforts to advance their own professional development or that of fellow CREW Seattle members

  • Contributions that bring meaningful learning and growth opportunities to the membership

  • Leadership in creating, championing, or facilitating professional development programs or initiatives

Nominations should include a brief description of the nominee’s efforts and the measurable or meaningful impact they have had in this category.
