Finance and Governance Committee

The Finance & Governance Committee supports the financial health and sound governance of the chapter. Working with the Treasurer (President-Elect) and the Board of Directors, the committee reviews the chapter's finances, legal compliance, and organizational structure to ensure that member dues and chapter resources are managed responsibly. Its work promotes accountability, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
